Vera's Story 

Metabolic Balance is far more than just another weight loss program. It is a program that totally changed my life and gave me back a quality of life that I had totally forgotten had existed. I lost 20 pounds in a very short time but apart from this fantastic weight loss there were other benefits I had never dared to dream of: my cholesterol levels went down to normal, I was able to cut my blood pressure medication in half, I started to sleep like a baby, my skin started to change as if I had had a face lift and people started to come up to me not believing what they saw! It was magnificent! But I owe my success to the people at M.B. I dealt with every week and sometimes every day: Debbie, Lisa, Susan!!!

Debbie was at my side everyday and whenever I needed help! No matter whether she was on vacation, or in a meeting, or late in the evening: she was always there! And there was constant reassurance and positive motivation! And all this without ever having personally met Debbie!

As I will turn 60 next January, I can only say that this Metabolic Balance journey was an unbelievable life change for me: the experience of buying swim suits after so many years, work outs in nice tight outfits, beach life as it used to be, nice little dresses…all of this has given me back my quality of life and enriched it to an extent I never thought would be possible again for me!
